BT extends global customer innovation network
Four new customer innovation showcases have been opened by BT.
The four centres, in Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid and Milan, make up the European core of the company’s global network of facilities where customers can test the very latest in networked IT innovations.
The BT Customer Innovation Showcases have been designed to help CIOs (chief information officers) and their teams become more creative in the way they orchestrate technology provided in an interactive experience.
They highlight a range of solutions, developed in BT’s R&D centres, which can help large organisations benefit from increased efficiency, secure systems and critical applications.
See, touch and feel
The showcases enable visitors not only to hear about BT capabilities, but to see, touch and feel them through live personalised demonstrations.
BT’s European Customer Innovation Showcases provide live demonstrations of BT Connect (network services), BT One (unified communications and collaboration services), BT Contact (customer relationship management services), BT Assure (security services) and BT Compute (data centre and cloud services).
The showcases also have a number of demos focused on how to effectively reap the benefits of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) or on how to enable true supply chain collaboration for more informed decision making and faster response time to changing environments.
What’s more, the new facilities have remote access to BT’s global community of experts through high definition video links to BT’s R&D labs in Adastral Park and to its network of innovation showcases established in Beijing, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, London, New York, New Delhi, Dubai, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
