Group Customer Billing supports all stages of the customer journey. Everything we do in our organisation, across every activity, means that in the end we have to collect the cash, allowing BT to invest in providing our customers the products and services they demand in today's society.
With the support and involvement of all our business unit partners, we are responsible for the majority of BT Group's billing, cash inflows and collections. Each month, we are responsible for the production of all BT's bills, over 10m, we handle £2bn worth of payments and we collect over £1bn. Our enquiries teams answer over 145,000 customer questions each year. Without the work of Group Customer Billing, BT wouldn't deliver on its financial promises to its thousands of shareholders and millions of customers all over the world.
What you'll be doing
Group Customer Billing operates across all the lines of business in BT, Business and Public Sector, Consumer, Openreach, EE, Wholesale & Ventures and Global Services. We are an international organisation with operational sites across the UK, Europe and Latin America.
You'll be part of a professional organisation with people working towards a range of industry recognised accredited qualifications such as CICM (Chartered Institute of Credit Management) AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners). Our focus is in delivering the cash and making sure we are investing in the right things so we can deliver a great customer experience.

For our advanced programmes you will need to have achieved or are predicted 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English Language and Maths.
