Product management – customer solutions

Our Customer Solutions team exist to meet the needs of all UK and Republic of Ireland organisations by building differentiated and complete solutions in an innovative way.

Customer Solutions is made up of our Product, Propositions and Customer Experience teams. We own the overall product lifecycle for our products, look at how these can be sold together to maximise profit, and create a brilliant end-to-end customer experience.

We use insight from across Enterprise (one of our business units) about what our customers need to lead development of new solutions that can be adapted to meet the needs of multiple customers in different markets. Product teams develop business cases for these solutions. The Propositions team maintain an end-to-end view of each product portfolio. They work collaboratively with other functions to develop new solutions to take to market, which fit with our Enterprise strategy and contribute to our targets. The customer experience and customer journey teams define the end-to-end client experience for all our products and solutions. They give all functions in Enterprise the information and tools to make sure we are all empowered to deliver a consistent customer experience. The complex repeatable design team focuses on bringing together our existing products into repeatable solutions.
