In this issue of In Touch you can read about how a bakery in Aberdaron is using fibre in an innovative way for the benefit of the local community. There’s good news on the job front with a recruitment drive at both Cardiff and Swansea contact centres. BT has also announced that it is creating new apprenticeship and graduate jobs across Wales in its drive to equip young people with the skills and training needed to meet the challenges of a changing jobs market. There’s news on how EE is doing to boost mobile coverage and how we helped raise funds for the Ospreys junior wheelchair rugby team. And finally it was great to hear about one of our employees who won an award recently, Allison McCarthy, Contact Centre manager for EE in Merthyr Tydfil was awarded Contact Centre Leader of the Year 2017 in the Wales Contact Centre awards.
