BT and Daisy Group have agreed a new six year, £70m cloud communications partnership, giving Daisy and its customers’ access to BT’s Wholesale Hosted Centrex (WHC) platform. The WHC platform provides customers with unified communications services, which are hosted in the cloud. As part of the deal, Daisy’s services will be migrated to BT Wholesale’s cloud platform over the next 18 months. More.

Simon Lowth joined BT Group plc on 4 July as Group Finance Director. He was appointed to the Board with effect from 12 July. Simon is one of the UK's most respected CFOs, known for driving major cost transformation and performance improvement programmes. He brings a wealth of experience to BT having been CFO, and served on the boards, of three major publicly listed companies - BG Group, AstraZeneca and ScottishPower - over the past 11 years. He has also been non-executive director at Standard Chartered Bank plc since 2010.
