BT Newsbyte - the quarterly newsletter for analysts & investors, shining a spotlight on innovation, products and strategy across BT

Welcome

Hello and welcome to the November edition of ‘Newsbyte’.

It was a big summer for BT – London hosted the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and BT, as official communications services partner of the Games, played a vital role by delivering a flawless infrastructure over which every call and every TV picture were delivered. Read about our record breaking achievements in the lead story.

This summer also saw the much awaited launch of YouView. Our first news article explains how YouView fits with our TV strategy.

In this issue we also tell you about a programme focused on energising customer experience at BT Global Services and the launch of BT One – a unified communications suite of solutions.

We also talk to Mike Galvin, MD of network investment at Openreach, about the progress of our fibre roll-out programme and give you a 60 second guide to BT Wi-fi which is the new brand of BT Openzone and BT Fon.

We hope you enjoy the stories here and as always, don't forget to visit our website atwww.btplc.com/sharesandperformancefor presentations, press releases and videos. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact one of the team.
