When you join our Customer Service team your job is to help deliver a great experience for our Business and Public Sector customers. We want to give our customers a brilliant service, right from the start. From when they buy from us, as we deliver their service, right through to when they receive their bill.
You’ll be part of a big team, spread right across the UK and Ireland, from Plymouth all the way up to Thurso, because that’s where our customers need us, right at the heart of their business.
To give the very best support, we need a wide range of skilled people to help our customers. From service teams who deal with customers questions when they contact us, to field engineers, who fix things like customers telephone switches when they have a problem. But that’s not all, we also need people like project managers who help us deliver big, complex products for some of our large customers, right the way through to our mobile team who manage our customer’s mobile estate.
We need these skills (and loads more) to support every shape and size of customer who chooses to buy from us. From the high street brands you know and love, to public sector organisations, right the way through to the small start-up, you’ll be helping us look after them all.
But you don’t do it alone, we work closely as a team right across our business, to give a brilliant experience, right from the start.
Managed Customer Services
Our current priority roles sit within our Managed Customer Services (MCS) team in Barlborough, Derbyshire where we’re looking for Technical Customer Support Engineers to join us with various levels of experience.
You’ll be organised around the needs of our customers to support and deliver the IT needs of large multi-million pound contracts. Our ambition is to deliver a personal, simple and brilliant service. An experience that is effortless from the moment our customers place an order, through to how we deliver that order, keep their service connected, right through to billing.

We also have a history of supporting large scale sporting events such as London 2012 and 2015 Rugby World cup.
You’ll find us just minutes from M1 junction 30 – easily accessible from Sheffield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Derby, Rotherham and Doncaster.
