You will work as part of a Team who deliver services across the Globe and is constantly changing to adapt to new Global accounts and technologies. You must have excellent communication skills that will be used internally to help problem solve complex processes and externally with our suppliers and accounts across the Globe.
You will also need to be able to adapt to learning how to deliver Global Voice and Diverse products using a number of different delivery systems with a strong customer focus in order to ensure a positive customer experience
For our higher programme you will need to achieve (or have achieved) 2 A-Level qualifications with a minimum of CC grade by September 2017 (or equivalent qualifications). In addition you will need to have a minimum of 4 GCSE's at grade C or above including English Language and Maths.
Equivalent grades are accepted.
