We want to ensure we keep delivering the best service possible for our customers. So we created our first Flex Centre in 2012 with multi-skilled advisors who have the capacity to deliver across Sales, Service and Technical support. Switching flexibly between outbound and inbound roles, our advisors handle thousands of calls every day and can find themselves calling our customers to recommend a great new product or service one minute, and resolving technical issues or answering account queries the next.
We need additional people to join our Flex Centre in Riverside Tower, Belfast and are looking for dedicated people who thrive on change to generate sales and deal with both technical and account enquiries in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable way.

About the roles
There’s no doubt about it, becoming part of our Flex world means you’ll need to be adaptable and easy-going. You’ll also need to be happy to move between a variety of inbound and outbound calls, while maximising all opportunities and generating revenue through inbound/outbound sales, retention, service questions and upselling to our existing customers. You’ll love talking to people, building relationships with customers and finding a solution for them. It’s really important that you work well as part of a close-knit team to meet team and individual targets, too.
